  • What is Platinum Supreme VIP owner?
    Platinum Supreme is the highest level of ownership that the resort offers. You will be staying as my guest and receive excellent service and VIP Benefits from the resort. There is no higher access for guests than the access that you will receive by renting from us.
  • How long does the reservation process take?
    It usually takes approximately 4 days to have a confirmation number for your stay. We will then forward the confirmation to you along with an airport transportation pick-up request form.
  • What airport should I fly into?
    You will want to fly into the Puerto Plata (POP) airport. The airport is approximately 1/2 hour from the resort and transport to the resort will be provided at no additional charge.
  • What is the Check-In and Check-Out time for the Villas and Suites?
    The Check-In time is 3:00pm and the Check-Out Time is 11:30am. Remember that your unit may not always be available prior to the above check-in time. If you arrive at the resort prior to check in time and your accommodation is not ready, you will be allowed to start the check in process and grab a drink and relax.
  • What if I fly into the Santiago airport; is transportation to the resort provided?
    The resort no longer offers pick-up from the Santiago airport. If traveling to Santiago, you would need to make arrangements using www.dominicantaxi.com. The charge should be ~$125 each way per van (6 people) and the travel time is approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to the resort. You can also take a taxi from the airport.
  • Do I need to arrange for airport pick-up upon my arrival?
    No, airport pick-up and drop off is provided for you when you book your vacation, however, you must fly into and depart from the Puerto Plata airport.
  • Can I be picked up in the limousine or the helicopter from the airport?
    Currently this is one of the privileges reserved only for owners. There is no owner that can include the limousine or the helicopter for transportation without an additional charge. The resort currently does not allow guests to rent the limousine. The helicopter can be rented, if it is available, for approximately $300.00 to $500.00 each way. The helicopter holds a maximum of 3 people.
  • What is the All-Inclusive Rate and What is Included?
    The All-Inclusive fee varies depending on where you stay. in Villas, Spa Suites & the Presidential Suites the current rate is $57.50pp/pd for adults and 28.75pp/pd for children 3-12. Children under 3 do not have to pay the fee. In all other accommodations in Lifestyle Holiday Resort, the All-Inclusive fee is $47.50pp/pd and 23.75 for children 3-12. This fee covers all Restaurants available to guests, VIP World, VIP Beach, VIP Sports Cafe, Premium Alcohol FREE from the VIP Areas, Alcohol FREE from other non VIP areas (Except for the Disco Lounge) & Cigars FREE from the VIP areas.
  • Does the resort accept Credit Cards for Payments for all-inclusive?
    Yes, The resort accepts all major credit cards for all-inclusive as well as other activities.
  • Are there any other Fees?
    You will pay a $10 entrance fee upon arrival into the Dominican Republic, unless you are a Dominican Republic citizen.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    If you cannot make your trip and we are notified 60 days in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your trip. There is a $100.00 fee for trip date changes. If we can not provide you with the dates you request (non holiday), then you will be issued a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or early departures.
  • Will I receive the same access in this resort as you the owner?
    Unfortunately, no. There are certain owner benefits that the resort does not allow us to pass upon to our guests. However, you will receive the highest level of Guest VIP privileges that the resort offers. The resort has very few areas that were created just for owners and there is no member who can grant any guest access to these restricted owner areas.
  • Are there any areas that are currently not included with the VIP access for guests?
    Currently guests DO NOT have access to the following areas as these areas are for owners only:
    • Serenity Beach and Harmony Beach (You do have access to VIP Beach and VIP World)
    • Azul Restaurant (You have access to VIP Gourmet)
    • Jazz Restaurant (Unless you have rented a Spa Suite or a Presidential Suite)
    • Anja's Lounge (You have access to VIP Sports Bar / Lounge)
  • What is the price for the sit down restaurants?
    There is no additional fee for the sit down restaurants (VIP Gourmet, Etc...) These are included with your All-Inclusive. Azul restaurant is currently not offered to guests.
  • Is the $1195.00 per week fee for the villa per person?
    NO that fee is per Villa. Your price is the same if you have 1 or 6 people staying in the Villa. The only thing you pay per person is the current all-inclusive fee for the # of people in your party per day.
  • If I only have 2 people can I still reserve a Villa? Will I have to share my Villa?
    There is no minimum person requirement to book a villa. The Villa will be yours and yours only.
  • Can I get a 4, 5 or 6 bedroom villa guaranteed?
    Yes, as a Platinum Supreme owner we can guarantee 4, 5 & 6 bedroom villas. However, should your size villa booked not be available for any reason when you arrive at the resort, the resort will provide you with enough villas to full fill the bedrooms needed. For example, if a 6 bedroom villa was reserved and is not available, the resort will give you TWO 3 bedroom villas.
  • If I stay in a Crown Villa is the pool really private?
    Yes the pool is a private pool exclusively for you.
  • Is there a safe in the villa for my valuables?
    Each villa has a safe that you can be rented from the VIP reception desk at time of check-in for $20 per week.
  • Will I get a golf cart for travel throughout the resort?
    We can GUARANTEE you a golf cart for the duration of your stay. However, golf carts are currently for Villas only.
  • Can I have breakfast cooked daily at the villa?
    Yes, you will automatically have breakfast cooked at the villa daily at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The breakfast includes eggs, fruit, juices, meats, cheese and breads. You also have access to a breakfast buffet offered every morning in one of the resort restaurants.
  • Is there internet service available in the Villas or Resort?
    There are some Villas that have Internet access, however, most don't. Internet access is available in the VIP reception area at no charge and free high speed wireless is available to you in VIP World and VIP Sports Bar.
  • Can I have alcoholic beverages other than beer delivered to my villa?
    YES. There will be a special menu to order from when you arrive in your villa and alcohol will be delivered to your villa at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
  • Are there any laundry facilities within the Villa?
    No, there are not any located within your villa. However, the resort does offer laundry service and there are laundry facilities located within the resort.
  • Does the resort offer a crib and/or a high chare for my child?
    Yes, the resort offers cribs and high chairs. We will make a note on your reservation and you may also obtain either form VIP Guest Services.
  • How close is the Beach from the resort?
    The entire resort is located on Cofresi beach. You will be within walking distance to the beach from any villa.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry there are no animals allowed, except for those assisting people with special needs.
  • Does the resort offer child care?
    Yes the resort does offer child care and this can be arranged at any time while at the resort.
  • Do I need to bring any type of Power Adapter to the resort when I travel there?
    The resort uses the same power receptacles found in the U.S.
  • Does the resort supply Hair Dryers and Irons?
    Yes, every room type does have a Hair Dryer and Iron.
  • What is the cost to visit Ocean World?
    Each guest will receive FREE Ocean World Tickets valued at $55.00 each. Your ticket is good for 1 visit to Ocean World on any day you choose. Just Visit VIP Customer Service for your FREE Ticket. You may be given other options available to you for free or at a greatly discounted rate.
